PennTerra Engineering, Inc., a full service civil engineering firm, has been providing professional services for developments in Central Pennsylvania and the surrounding area since 1976. During this time, our staff has grown from three individuals to over twenty-five. Our staff of professionals includes engineers, surveyors and landscape architects, along with an exceptional support staff. Innovative solutions to our clients’ needs, completed in a timely manner, within budget, and without sacrificing quality has been our firm’s trademark. We use only the best and most progressive equipment, and we keep abreast of the latest developments in our profession. There is no substitute for experience, and the PennTerra staff has the experience to anticipate the proper course of action that is required to realistically obtain the established goals of our clients.
